They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, plus the location was awesome, but it surely's just to the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain much too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as were the doorways, the trim, much with the furniture, and so on.
The coffee table was damaged, two on the 3 plastic chairs outside have been broken. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make an enormous improvement on the deck. The house has so much potential it can be unhappy to view it getting run down. I Completely loved the area, but if improvements are not made would not hire house yet again.
